With progressive strength and conditioning classes, reformer pilates sessions, and transformational challenges, we help you fit fitness into real life — kids, dogs, and all.


Offered every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, our strength sessions are designed to help you get stronger week by week. Using progressive, science-backed programming, we focus on building a solid foundation while pushing you toward your next level. With personal trainers on the floor to guide your form and technique, you’ll learn to move well, train safely, and get the most out of every workout.

Available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, our conditioning sessions are all about variety and energy. From steady-state endurance to fast-paced agility drills and circuit-based cardio, each class delivers a cardio and/or hybrid style workout that keeps things fresh and challenging. Our coaches are right there with you, pushing you to work hard, move well, and stay safe while you build fitness that carries into everyday life.

Our reformer Pilates offering gives you the flexibility to train on your schedule, with on-demand classes available anytime for full members.
You can also join our expert-led sessions throughout the week, guided by highly skilled coach who bring energy, precision, and encouragement to every class. It’s high-quality reformer training made accessible, giving you strength, mobility, and control in a supportive environment all for affordable prices.

Our 6-week challenge is designed to create lasting lifestyle change. You’ll begin with a goal-setting session, fitness testing, body scans, and a deep look at your nutrition and daily habits. From there, you’ll work closely with both a fitness coach and a nutrition support coach, receiving personalised guidance and weekly step-by-step changes that build into sustainable results.
This isn’t about dropping as much weight as possible in six weeks. It’s about gaining the tools, habits, and confidence to transform your health long-term. With only small groups accepted each round, you’ll get the individual attention and community support you need to succeed.
