You won't just train. We will measure - because performance comes under pressure. During the 12 weeks we will run 3 performance tests:
Week 4 – Engine Baseline
Think a race similar to deadly dozen - we aren't full HYROX yet but we test aerobic capability and efficiency
Week 8 – Threshold Test
Run test designed to see how hard we can push under fatigue.
Week 12 – HYROX
Track progress.
See improvement.
Finish strong.
